Kenya Moore is speaking out publicly for the first time about her feelings amid divorce and infidelity rumors with Marc Daly, and she says she’s not ready to throw in the towel just yet.
Kenya tells PEOPLE that although she and Marc are separated, neither of them have officially filed for a divorce yet, and she’s hoping that they can work out their issues.
“I didn’t get married to quit,” Moore says. “I love my husband. I don’t doubt that he loves me. Let me be clear; I took my vows seriously. I believe in for better and for worse, and I believe in trying it all before you walk away.”

Although Kenya seems hopeful that their issues could be reconciled, she’s not so sure Marc is as invested as she is. “I am hopeful, and have always wanted to work on our relationship. But I just don’t know if that’s even a possibility at this point, honestly,” Moore admits. “Marc doesn’t seem to be there.”
Kenya and Marc, who share a 1-year-old daughter, Brooklyn Doris, shocked their fans back in September when they announced their split, as just days before, the tao made a public appearance together where they seemed like a happy couple.
Shortly after the split, rumors surfaced of Marc’s alleged infidelity and secret family, but Kenya says it’s flat out untrue. “I can tell you I’ve heard a lot of rumors about secret families. I can tell you that’s completely made up; there’s zero truth to that,” she says. “In terms of infidelity, I’ve had no proof of that. That’s not our issue.”
Instead, she says their issue is communication, “We communicate in very different ways,” Moore reveals. “If the communication were better and more open and honest, I think we could solve our problems,” the reality star says.
Moore tells the publication that she’s suggested counseling to Marc, but he has yet to agree to it.
