Kesha Once Said That She Never Had An Intimate Relationship With Dr. Luke In 2011 Deposition (VIDEO)

Kesha vs. Dr. Luke has been a hot topic for weeks. Kesha, who hasn’t dropped any new music for years, has been fighting to get out of her Sony Music contract and also claims that her producer, Dr. Luke, drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2006 when she first signed. Last week Kesha was denied the release from her label. Fans have been furious at the record label for practically forcing Kesha to work with her abuser. 

This is where things get tricky. In 2011, Kesha sat for a deposition where she said, under oath, that Dr. Luke did not drug or rape her.  At the time, Kesha and Luke had both been sued by a manager. Kesha was asked about the comments she made about Dr. Luke. Under oath a visibly calm Kesha says that she never had an intimate relationship with Dr. Luke. “I don’t know what my mother told David. I know that Dr. Luke never made sexual advances at me.” There’s also a snippet of Kesha’s mom’s deposition. 

Here’s where it gets trickier. The video of the deposition was given to TMZ by a source close to Dr. Luke. It also appears to be heavily edited. The questions that remain are, what part of the deposition was left out, and is Kesha lying then or now?
