Back in April, the legal battle between Keshia Knight Pulliam and her ex, Ed Hartwell came to an end, as a judge granted their divorce on the grounds of adultery and cruel treatment.
Under the terms of their split, Pulliam was awarded primary custody of their daughter, Ella Grace, while Hartwell settled with visitation rights and a $3k monthly bill for child support. But now, the former baller is looking to alter the arrangement.
In new court documents filed by Hartwell and obtained by TMZ, the former baller is demanding a new trial over his child support payments, as he claims his ex doesn’t work enough to need the money for full-time child-care.
According to the publication, Hartwell says he shouldn’t have to cover the cost for a nanny when he could just spend extra time with his daughter for free.
In turn, Pulliam fired back, with Hartwell’s actions prior to Ella Grace’s birth, when he questioned her paternity as part of a longstanding legal battle with Pulliam.
