Kevin Federline Accuses Britney Spears’ Father Of Abusing Their Teen So

Britney Spears’ father has been accused of abusing the singer’s children.

Spears’ father, Jamie Spears has been accused of child abuse by Spears’ ex and baby daddy Kevin Federline. The former couple shares two children together: Sean Federline, 13, and Jayden Federline, who is 12. According to TMZ, Federline filed a police report against papa Spears on Aug. 26, alleging that a physically abusive altercation happened between Jamie and Britney’s oldest son.

The incident is now under investigation, as the document claims the ordeal took place at Jamie’s home on Aug. 24. TMZ reports the two got into an argument and “at some point Jamie allegedly put hands on him,” but Sean was not injured.

Federline and Spears were wed back in 2004 but split after roughly two years. 

Since then the two have come to child custody terms, which include Federline having 70 percent custody of the children, while Spears gets 30 percent unsupervised custodial rights.

Spears has yet to respond to request for comment, but in the meantime, the entire ordeal has sparked the Twitter hashtag, “Free Britney,” highlighting previous allegations against Spears.
