Longtime actor and accused sex offender Kevin Spacey has been charged with four counts of sexual assault against three men.
On Thursday, Britain’s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), announced the actor was charged in connection to two alleged incidents that took place in London in 2005 and two others that took place in Gloucestershire, England, in 2013. He’s now been charged with one count of causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent, along with his four counts of sexual assault that included three men.
Metropolitan Police in London said the charges come after “a review of the evidence gathered by the Metropolitan Police Service in its investigation.” His alleged victims are now in their 30s and 40s.
There are no details on whether or not the actor will be extradited. He will have to enter Wales or England in order to be formally charged, CNN World reports.
