Kevin Spacey is being sued for allegedly sexually assaulting two 14-year-old boys back in the 80s.
On Wednesday, two men filed a lawsuit against the longtime actor, claiming the 61-year-old sexually assaulted them when they were 14 in the 1980s. One of the two alleged victims is Anthony Rapp, who first came forward with claims against Spacey back in October 2017. Rapp says that Spacey invited him to a party in 1986, a party located at Spacey’s apartment. During the event, Rapp claims that Spacey grabbed his bottom, led him onto a bed, and laid on top of him. Rapp says he took off to a bathroom and later exited the apartment.
The other alleged victim identified himself as C.D. He claims he met Spacey in 1981 as a student in Spacey’s acting class. At the time, C.D. was just 12. Two years later, the two met again when C.D. was 14, and Spacey invited him to his apartment. There, C.D. claims he performed anal sex and oral sex on Spacey. The lawsuit states that Spacey and C.D. had sexual relations on multiple occasions. The legal documents detail how Spacey allegedly attempted to perform anal sex on the boy, but the boy said “No” several times. The boy was able to leave Spacey’s apartment at some point.

When Spacey was first accused of groping a minor, he claims that he did not remember the incident but that if he did that, it was due to “inappropriate drunken behavior.” He added that he was “sorry for the feelings he describes having carried with him all these years.” Since then, Spacey has faced criminal and civil cases in Nantucket, Mass., and Los Angeles, Variety reports. The Nantucket case was dropped after the accuser invoked his Fifth Amendment right not to testify in pre-trial proceedings. The Los Angeles case, which involves Spacey allegedly assaulting a massage therapist, was dismissed after the accuser died of natural causes, the outlet reports. On top of all those other cases, Spacey is facing multiple investigations in London.
