Earlier this week Keyshia Cole told fans she was going to be spending 30 days in jail over something she did 10 years ago. Details are now available as to what she did.
Remember when Keyshia was arrested at Birdman’s home back in September? It was said back then that she had an arrest warrant due to an old DUI. Well, the 30 Day stint she will be doing is in relation to that. Back in 2002 Keyshia was convicted of DUI. A warrant was issued in 2004 when she failed to submit proof that she completed her alcohol education class. Her lawyer tried to explain to the judge that she completed the course but without proof or paperwork, the judge was unmoved and the warrant stayed.
Keyshia has a hearing set for February and the judge says that if she can provide proof that she has completed alcohol ed, he’ll let her skate. This would be a great opportunity for Keyshia Cole to get in one of those classes and save herself 30 days of wasted time.
