Khalid, BTS, and Taylor Swift swept the American Music Awards with the most wins of the night.
The AMAs aired Sunday night, and artists not only rocked the stage but also took home the glory. Swift took home six awards last night, making her all-time total 29, which surpasses Michael Jackson’s 24. The pop star also took the stage to perform and won Artist of the Year and Artist of the Decade.
Khalid and BTS tied with three wins each. Khalid took home the award for Favorite Male Artist — Pop/Rock, Favorite Album — Soul/R&B and Favorite Song — Soul/R&B. The awards Tour of the Year, Favorite Social Artist, and Favorite Duo or Group — Pop/Rock went to BTS.
Beyonce won Favorite Female Artist — Soul/R&B and #CardiB won Favorite Artist — Rap/Hip-Hop. Lil Nas X ft. Billy Ray Cyrus, “Old Town Road,” picked up Favorite Song — Rap/Hip-Hop.
Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello’s song “Señorita” was the winner of Collaboration of the Year. The award show went down at in Los Angeles last night at the Los Angeles at the Microsoft Theater.
