Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson welcome their second child.
A representative for Khloe confirmed to PEOPLE magazine that she and Tristan now have two children together. The source says the baby birthed via surrogate is a baby boy. Khloe has not decided on a name for the child just yet.
Last month, it was reported that Khloe and Tristan were having another child together. The former couple is already parents to four-year-old True Thompson.
“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November,” a source previously told the outlet. “Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.”
The newest addition to the family comes after Khloe reveals her struggles with conceiving. On the premiere episode of ‘KUWTK,’ Khloe announced that doctors told her she would have a “high-risk” pregnancy if she chose to carry her own second child.
“I’m not gonna get into specifics on-camera,” Khloe said. “But they said it’s like an 80-something percent chance that I will miscarry. I almost miscarried with True at the beginning. But I didn’t know that was like a lingering thing.”
Khloe and Tristan’s relationship began in 2016 and birthed their daughter in 2018. The couple split in June 2021 before reuniting again. Khloe ended their relationship for good in January of this year.
Thompson also fathers five-year-old Prince with his ex Jordan Craig and eight-month-old Theo with Maralee Nichols.
