Khloé Kardashian says she and her daughter are quarantining after testing positive for COVID-19.
The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star made the announcement via Twitter on Friday. The 37-year-old told fans that she’d been forced to cancel several obligations after testing positive for the virus. Thankfully, she has received the COVID-19 vaccine, so she will likely not experience the most severe symptoms. Unfortunately, her three-year-old daughter, True, has also tested positive for the virus and is too young to receive the vaccine.
Hi guys I wanted to let you know True and I tested positive for Covid. I’ve had to cancel several commitments and I’m sorry I won’t be able to make those happen. Luckily I have been vaccinated so all will be ok. We will be over here in quarantine and following current guidelines.

This is Khloé’s second bout with the virus. During an October 2020 episode of her family’s hit reality series, she revealed that she had tested positive for COVID-19. She shared that she’d experienced chills, chest pains, vomiting, and headaches during that time. Thankfully, she was able to get over the illness.
Breakthrough cases, such as Khloé’s, remain a risk even after receiving the vaccine. However, the majority of vaccinated people who do contract COVID-19 after vaccination will experience little to no symptoms. Most of the deaths attributed to COVID-19 are in people who have not received the shot.
