Khloé Kardashian Says It’s ‘Sad’ Women Get Blamed When Their Significant Other Cheats

With the upcoming premiere of Hulu’s The Kardashians, the Kardashians have some significant issues to address. From Ye’s constant outbursts, everyone wants to know the real drama between Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson

Sitting down with her sisters and momager, Khloé Kardashian tells Variety that the Tristan Thompson drama is addressed in the new show.

In January, Thompson made headlines after multiple reports confirmed he had a baby on the way with Houston’s personal trainer, Maralee Nichols.

In the interview, Khloé says, “It will be addressed on the show.”

Shortly after reports circulated, Thompson admitted to fathering a child and having a brief sexual relationship with Nichols where he used the Snapchat name “blkjesus00” to arrange sex with her.

Khloé continues, “We try as a family to protect the privacy of our partners or significant others since they didn’t really sign up for this; we did. But if something is really public like this was, it would be strange if Tristan was a part of the show, and then all of a sudden, he disappears, and we don’t ever talk about it. Viewers will almost feel slighted like we aren’t sharing things, and it’s not as real. So yes, we do address it.”

She also blamed media outlets for criticizing the relationship and how social media makes “it the women’s responsibility” for scandals.

“Everyone has their problems, so you don’t have to point the finger at anyone, but to make it the woman’s responsibility, it’s really sad.” Khloé elaborates, “And it says a lot about our society that people would rather spew venom, as opposed to some sort of sensitivity or compassion, or just nothing at all.”

Khloé has remained open about her relationships issues. Hence, this isn’t the first time Tristan has stepped out of their relationship. The first was during her pregnancy and the second time with a former family friend, Jordyn Woods.

She continues, “It’s sad and it puts so much on the women’s shoulders emotionally.”

“It’s a big burden to carry, and I don’t think people realize what it does psychologically to the women. And the men, it’s almost like another notch on their belt because they’re kind of celebrated in a way. But this is nothing new. It’s always been the boys’ club.”

The Kardashians premieres on Hulu on April 14.
