Kid Cudi’s 2024 album “INSANO” has resurfaced on streaming services with one major omission: the track “RAGER BOYZ” featuring Young Thug is gone. The change was first flagged by the THUGGERDAILY page on Twitter, which noted, “A new version of Kid Cudi’s 2024 album ‘INSANO’ has popped up with no changes except removing the Young Thug song.”

Originally released in January 2024 via Republic and Wicked Awesome Records, “INSANO” boasted heavy hitters like ASAP Rocky, Lil Wayne, Travis Scott, Pharrell, XXXTentacion, and Thug, whose verse on “RAGER BOYZ” touched on the YSL RICO legal proceedings. Now, “RAGER BOYZ” has vanished from Spotify and Apple Music, and the album is nowhere to be found on Tidal.
The motive behind Cudi’s decision remains unclear, though speculation swirls around tensions between him and Thug. According to the album’s Wikipedia page, “issues between the two artists led to the song’s removal.” That friction burst into public view this May when Thug called Cudi a “rat” in a tweet that was swiftly deleted. The slight followed Kid Cudi’s courtroom testimony during Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering trial. Prosecutors claimed Diddy retaliated, setting fire to Cudi’s car and breaking into his house over Cudi’s brief involvement with Cassie Ventura.
Thug’s tweet read, “Dam cudi a rat lol.” Cudi remained silent, but Touré intervened, offering perspective: “He is completely misunderstanding what snitching is, what being a rat is,” Touré asserted. Touré explained further, “To be a snitch… means we committed a crime together… and then I told the state what you did… because I want to mitigate the problem for me. That’s snitching.”
Neither Cudi nor Thug has spoken out about the song’s mysterious disappearance.
