KimYe is officially no longer.
TMZ reports Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have officially settled their divorce following a months-long back-and-forth.
The former couple came to an agreement on child custody and property issue and, according to the settlement, Kim and Ye received joint custody with “equal access” to their four children: North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3. However, sources told TMZ Kim will have the kids 80% of the time.
The settlement reportedly also states the Skims founder will receive $200,000 a month in child support. Additionally, Ye will be responsible for 50% of the kids’ educational expenses such as tuition, as well as 50% of their security expenses.
If Kim and Ye ever have a dispute about the kids, both have agreed to participate in mediation. And if one parent fails to attend, the participating parent becomes the decision maker.
As far as property, TMZ reports those assets were divided in alignment with their prenuptial agreement. Both parties also waived spousal support.
Kim Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021 after seven years of marriage. A judge declared Yeezy founder and “The Kardashians” star legally single in March 2022 after serval months of Ye’s failed attempts to win his bride back.
