Kim Kardashian is one step away from officially becoming a lawyer. The media mogul and criminal justice advocate recently sat for the California bar exam, marking the culmination of years of rigorous preparation and legal study.
Sources close to the situation confirmed to TMZ that Kardashian took the notoriously difficult two-day exam in late July.
“It was intense but rewarding,” Kim told friends. “I’ve worked so hard to get to this point, and now I just have to wait,” they confirmed.
Kardashian didn’t attend traditional law school. Instead, she completed a six-year legal apprenticeship under the guidance of experienced attorneys, meeting California’s requirements for non-traditional law students. She passed the Baby Bar in 2021 after multiple attempts and completed her apprenticeship in May of this year.
Kim is currently in Venice, Italy, where she received an award for her advocacy work. Results for the July bar exam are expected to be released on November 7th, with the State Bar of California making them public two days later.
With the passage rate hovering around 54 percent, Kardashian joins thousands of hopefuls in the nerve-wracking wait.
