Kim Kardashian is no stranger to using her platform for social justice, and now she’s turning her attention to the U.S. immigration system.
In an Instagram Story posted within the last 24 hours, the SKIMS founder took a firm stance against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), condemning the way the agency handles deportations and immigration enforcement. Kardashian acknowledged the agency’s stated mission to keep communities safe by removing violent criminals, but called out what she sees as a major moral failure: innocent, hardworking people being taken from their families in “inhumane” ways.
“We have to speak up. We have to do what’s right,” she wrote.
Drawing from her personal experience growing up in Los Angeles, Kim emphasized the vital role immigrants play in the city’s fabric. She described them as neighbors, classmates, coworkers, and family, pointing out that their contributions help communities flourish, regardless of political affiliation.
She closed her statement with a direct appeal: “There HAS to be a BETTER way.”

Kardashian has become an increasingly vocal advocate on justice-related issues in recent years, including prison reform and clemency efforts. This latest message adds immigration to her list of causes, using her massive influence to draw attention to the human cost of current policies.
It’s a call for compassion—and a reminder that even the biggest celebrities can choose to speak up for those whose voices are often silenced.
