Kim Kardashian stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show and announced a few major donations to the California wildfire relief efforts. She expressed her gratitude for the firefighter who saved their home and many others, saying, “We’re so grateful to them. Honestly, we couldn’t do it without them.”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To show their appreciation, Kim presented two $200,000 donations, one for the Wildfire Relief Fund and the other for the California Fire Foundation, on behalf of herself, Kanye and his Adidas Yeezy label.
Later in the show, Kim also presented a $100k check to firefighter Mike Williams and his wife Lisa, who lost their home in the fires while trying to save their neighbor’s homes. Kim said, “We obviously have all the firefighters that have helped, but to know that you lost your home, Kanye, Yeezy and Adidas wanted to donate to you guys $100,000 so that you guys can begin to pick up the pieces.”
Prayers to all of those still affected by the California wildfires and big kudos to Kim and Kanye for their generous donations to those currently in need.
