Kim Kardashian has received bomb and death threats, which have left her so shaken that she has requested an emergency protective order.
David Resendiz, a psychotic stalker, sent the horrible threats. The individual allegedly mailed over 80 nasty letters to Kim’s home and workspaces, threatening her and her children with violence. “Distributing sexual references” were also written in the notes. After his most recent written bomb threat on April 25th, Kim and her legal team decided to take action.
On Monday, May 16th, the Skims founder’s attorney, Shawn Holley, appeared in court to file a restraining order on behalf of Kim and her four children. The order requests that Resendiz stay at least 100 yards away from the model and her kids. The judge has not yet signed off on the motion, but he likely will grant at least a temporary one.
It is unclear how Resendiz got her private home address and company locations. The 41-year-old has maintained that she has never met the man.
This is not Kim K’s first run-in with a stalker. Earlier this year, she was granted a restraining order against Charles Peter Zelenoff. He was also ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from her.
