Kim Kardashian Shares That She Chose To Become A Lawyer Because Her Children “Don’t Have As Good Of A Chance” As White Children If They Were To Get Arrested

Kim Kardashian says she decided to become a lawyer because her kids “don’t have as good of a chance” as white children if they were to get arrested.

Kim was a recent guest on Hillary and Chelsea Clinton on their Apple TV+ series “Gutsy.” During their conversation, Kim explained the motive behind her becoming a lawyer. According to the entrepreneur, her four children that she shares with Kanye West were the main reason.

“My kids were there every time I opened my results,” she said, referencing the “baby bar” examined that she failed three times before passing in 2021.

“They saw me cry the best tears of happiness that like, I did it,” Kim continued.  “I mean, that is one of the reasons that I just fight so hard. Because my kids, if they were to get arrested, just don’t have as good of a chance if I were to get arrested, if you were to get arrested.”

In 2017, Kim told Interview Magazine that she’s “very conscious” about raising a biracial daughter. She added that she often speaks to her children and her family’s children about race.
