Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak‘s home will reportedly no longer be going up for auction.
Last week, it was reported that Zolciak and her husband, Kroy Biermann’s Georgia home went into forclosure, according to a Fulton County notice that stated the couple had defaulted on $1.65 million loan they took out on the property. However, it looks like they are not moving anywhere, especially out of their mansion.
According to Entertainment Tonight, the law office of Brock & Scott, PLLC said Wendesday that the auction was canceled. They did not specify why it was canceled but did share that no new date has been scheduled.
A insider told PEOPLE the reality tv star claims there;s been a misunderstanding and the home is not going into foreclosure.
“She is telling everyone this is a misunderstanding and is being sorted out,” the source told PEOPLE. They added, “She’s not moving.”
Viewers watched the growing family live in the house on Bravo’s Don’t Be Tardy, where the Biermanns six children lived. Daughters, Brielle and Ariana, also denied the house is up for auction.
“Don’t believe everything you hear,” Ariana told a TMZ rep on Thursday. “Everything is still there. We still live here.”
Zolciak has yet to comment.
In 2012, the Biermanns took out a $1.65 million loan to save their home and most recently denied rumors in November that the home was up for sale.
