The drama of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s former mansion is coming to an end.
Back in April, U.S. Marshals made an unexpected appearance at their Georgia home, delivering a definitive order for the family to leave. According to court documents, that eviction mission unfolded on April 8th, with four deputy marshals on site to remove anyone still residing there.
According to TMZ, the eviction stretched from 3:30 PM to 6:45 PM, and, as the paperwork confirms, the box labeled “ejected” was duly checked, meaning someone was officially shown the door. Interestingly, both Zociak and Biermann remain tied to the property on record, but the documents don’t specify who was removed during the marshal’s visit.
Just two months prior, in February, the ex-couple closed the chapter on that mansion, selling it for $2.75 million following a prolonged and public divorce battle. The plaintiffs had initially requested a significantly higher amount amid dueling petitions in May 2023. Still, the lingering financial strain and the shadow of potential foreclosure ultimately led them to accept a lower offer.
With the home behind them, both Zolciak and Biermann are charting fresh paths. Kim has hinted at a new romance, while Biermann landed a new job last year as a crane and rigging coordinator with a company called Superior Rigging & Erecting Co.
