Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s long, dramatic battle over their Georgia mansion is finally over—the home has officially sold after more than a year on the market.
The 15,000-square-foot Milton estate, originally listed for $6 million in 2023, found a buyer last month for just $2.75 million, according to TMZ. The sale price is significantly lower than what the former couple had hoped for, but considering they purchased the home for under $900,000 in 2012, they still walked away with a profit—a much-needed win amid their ongoing financial struggles.
The sale comes just in time to avoid foreclosure, as the home was scheduled for auction in December but managed to stay off the block. The mansion had been a major point of contention in their highly publicized divorce, with police repeatedly being called to the property over property disputes and theft accusations.
Back in December, bodycam footage captured a heated confrontation when Kroy blocked a moving truck with his own vehicle as the couple accused each other of stealing personal items.
Now that the house is finally sold, the exes have yet to reveal where they plan to move next—separately, of course.
Whoever snagged the property got a deal—the luxury home boasts a massive pool, a chef’s kitchen, a game room, and countless high-end amenities.
