Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann might be back in financial trouble. According to TMZ, the estranged or not-estranged couple’s Georgia home is back in pre-foreclosure status.
The Alpharetta mansion they share has a pending sale date of Nov. 7, and online records say it’s in pre-foreclosure status once again, which suggests some payments have been missed.
TMZ previously reported that Kroy filed legal documents last month requesting an emergency hearing to authorize the sale of their $3 million house, in which he cited their growing financial trouble. If he’s able to sell the home, the money could help cover their “significant debt.”
He also said he’s opted to sell some of his personal belongings to cover what they owed but claims Zolciak refused to do the same. However, she did sell some of her luxury handbags, wigs, and other high-end items, but according to Kroy, none of the proceeds went towards the mortgage payments or
any other bills.”
He also disclosed that they missed their July mortgage payment.
“We are going to court on September 27th to request that the court order the home sold,” his attorney, Maryls A. Bergstrom, told TMZ.
They faced foreclosure in February, and their estate was set to be auctioned the next month, but luckily, they were able to stop the sale by making payments.
The two filed for divorce in May but then seemed to reconcile when they called it off two months later. But Kroy has since filed for divorce again.
