Kodak Black Arrested For Cocaine Possession As Fans Express Concern Over His Well-Being

Kodak Black has landed himself in trouble with the law once again.

The “No Flockin” star was busted in Plantation, Florida on Thursday. Unfortunately, it is being reported that Black, whose real name is Bill Kapri, was booked for cocaine possession and tampering with evidence. Additionally, he was also hit with charges of improperly parking or stopping a vehicle.

The specifics of his latest arrest have not yet been unveiled. However, this latest legal issue comes as fans and industry colleagues have expressed concern over Black’s well-being after his latest “Drink Champs” interview. During the October 2023 taping, Black appeared to slur his words and ramble off several times, sparking debate over whether or not he was under the influence. Hosts Nore and DJ EFN also caught some slack online for continuing the interview, which typically involves marijuana and alcohol, while Black was seemingly under the influence. 

After news spread of Thursday’s arrest, Black’s supporters and critics expressed their concern and frustration with the promising Florida rapper.

As of Thursday afternoon, Black remains incarcerated in the Broward County jail.
