Kodak Black is asking a judge to allow him to attend a concert after he failed his drug test that came back positive for weed and ecstasy.
TMZ recently reported that Kodak had violated the terms of his supervised release. According to court documents he tested positive for marijuana in February and MDMA in August.
Initially, the judge ordered Kodak to complete a 90-day treatment program and he was recently granted permission to spend 30 days outside of Florida to have a better chance at completing the program.
Now, Kodak is requesting a pass to attend the Rolling Loud music festival in New York for business.
Luckily for Kodak, the judge has approved his request, all he has to do is check-in with his Supervised Release Officer.
