Kodak Black is trying to do some good deeds by helping a teen’s quest to get a notebook in the hands of more than 7,000 students in the Cleburne Independent School District in Texas.
14-year-old Paige Cook is leading a campaign for the second year in a row to help other kids get much-needed school supplies. Last year she collected 40k pencils, and this year her target is to get notebooks as well as 60k pencils.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Paige’s goal of increasing donations this year needed some help, and Kodak Black stepped in to answer the call.
According to TMZ, Branford Cohen, Kodak’s attorney, the rapper picked up the tab — a cool $12,500 — for the notebooks.
All the donated items will benefit a school district where a majority of its students come from low-income communities.
