Rapper Kodak Black has breached the terms of his supervised release in his federal firearm case by failing a drug test and now he’s been ordered to get treatment.
In 2019, Kodak was sentenced to 46 months in prison for the gun case, but Trump shortened his sentence in January as part of the former President’s pardons and commutations.
Due to the violation, a judge ordered Kodak to complete a 90-day stint in a residential program. According to TMZ, Kodak is already undergoing treatment.
TMZ says that Kodak has to appear in court this week.
