Kodak Black is being shipped off to a Kentucky prison to serve his sentence with an official release date set for August 14, 2022.
According to TMZ, Kodak is serving 46 months for a gun possession case and has spent the first portion of his sentence in a Miami federal pen.
The rapper claimed FCI Miami was a torturous experience, and he’s blaming correctional officers for most of it. Recently, he’s been vocal about his alleged mistreatment in social media posts, in which he claimed he was drugged, beaten, and denied food and other privileges.
Kodak’s family has just hired powerhouse attorney Benjamin Crump, who repped Trayvon Martin’s family in the George Zimmerman case, and are threatening to sue the Bureau of Prisons.
