If you got it, flaunt it! And Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker got it. The newlyweds just dropped $14.5 million on a beach home.
Comedian Conan O’Brien previously owned the mega mansion in Carpinteria. The home only has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, covering a fairly modest 2,142 square feet of living space. It’s also equipped with fabulous amenities like a Tesla charging station and soundproofed balcony.
The two currently don’t live together and instead are neighbors and still have two homes to house their families. The new purchase will force the couple to live under the same roof. On the Not Skinny But Fat podcast, Kardashian said, “I think we’re in the place where we’re figuring out how to blend our households and our kids.”
“When the kids are at their dad’s house, I stay at his house, and there are still nights when we’ll stay at each other’s houses in between. I get up at six in the morning, and I carpool every morning, and then I go straight to his house and have matcha. He has it ready for me,” the Poosh founder continued.
The estate was initially listed as $16.5 million, but the couple got a deal.
