After being spotted together in Palm Springs, California, a source confirmed to E! News that TV personality star Kourtney Kardashian, 41, and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, 45, are dating.
“It’s fairly new,” the source shares.
The source added that the pair had been more than friends for “about a month or two.”
“It’s been very low-key,” an insider explains. “They are a really good match, and Kourtney’s entire family already loves Travis. They have been neighbors and great friends for years, and it just recently turned romantic.”
Although Kourtney and Travis have yet to go public with their relationship, social media users were able to quickly put two-and-two together after their pair shared similar backgrounds on Saturday.
Kardashian uploaded images on Instagram of her relaxing day at her mother’s, Kris Jenner, Palm Springs home. Shortly after, Travis shared similar snapshots of the same location.
The longtime friends previously fuel rumors of a possible romance in February 2019 after reports saw them getting dinner at Nobu in Malibu, Calif.
However, they were just friends then.
“They’ve been friends for years,” the insider explained. “They’ve lived in the same neighborhood for a long time, and they see each other at church and with their kids. They’ve hung out together many times and often get together with the kids to see movies or to get ice cream.”
Recently, fans notice the 45-year-old musician flirtation under the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star IG page.
A few days ago, Kardashian posted a mirror selfie in her sister Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS lingerie set.
“sweet dreams,” she captioned with a black heart emoji.
Later, Travis posted a single rose emoji in her comment sections.
In another post, Kardashian wrote, “sweet, sweet fate,” to which Travis replied with a tulip emoji.
“Travis has always had an eye for Kourtney,” the insider shares.
“The chemistry and flirtation has always been there. They have a lot in common, and Kourtney has always been attracted to how Travis is as a parent. He’s an amazing, hands-on dad, and Kourtney loves that about him. They love relaxing at home with their kids, and everyone gets along. It’s going well, and they aren’t putting pressure on it being super serious at this point.”
