Kris Jenner’s former bodyguard has accused her of sexual harassment.
A lawsuit alleges the ex-employee endured sexual harassment, racial and gender discrimination, and wrongful termination. Kourtney Kardashian, Jenner’s oldest daughter, is also listed as a Defendant to the suit.
Accuser Marc McWilliams, who identifies as a Black Male, worked for the private security company, David Shield Security, while working for the Keeping Up with the Kardashian stars. The security company is also being sued.
McWilliams claims the inappropriate behavior started after he began working for Jenner, 64, and Kourtney Kardashian, 41, in 2017. He claims that Jenner “embarked on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact with [McWilliams] of an inappropriate and sexual nature.”
According to McWilliams, Jenner made sexual comments regarding his physical appearance and asked about his “sexual activities.”
“Between May 2017 and September 12, 2018, defendant Jenner began repeatedly and frequently, causing her body to come into intimate physical contact with the body of [McWilliams] and making overt comments of sexual nature to [McWilliams] on a repeated basis,” the filing states.
However, Marty Singer, attorney for Jenner, vehemently denies the claim. In a statement to PEOPLE, he said, “Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard Marc McWilliams.”
“His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him. The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job. Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later,” the statement continued. “Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper, nor did she do so. When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution.”
McWilliams says between May 2017 and September 2018, he made complaints about Jenner’s behavior to upper management at David Shield Security, as well as to the Human Resource Department of the company, but it fell on deaf ears.
He supposedly spoke to Jenner as well, expressing that “such misconduct was unwelcome” and requested that she “cease and desist any such further misconduct.” However, he says his requests were ignored.
But due to his complaints, McWilliams claims Jenner retaliated by starting a “campaign of harassment, intimidation and further torment” retaliation that also involved David Shield Security and Kourtney Kardashian.
The lawsuit accuses the trio of berating him at work and fabricating “false disciplinary excuses such as tardiness,” as well as “false claims of ‘poor attitude.'”

McWilliams says he was also mocked in front of his co-workers and was subject to “suggestive, sexual, sexist, racist and otherwise discriminatory comments.”
Furthermore, he alleges his hours were reduced and was suspended from working for Jenner, although he was still allowed to work with Kourtney Kardashian.
According to the lawsuit, he was terminated on September 12, 2018, and he filed a claim with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing afterward.
He seeks punitive and exemplary damages. As for now, the amount is unknown, but he believes he is entitled to receive an amount “sufficient to punish and make an example of defendants.”
