Kylie Jenner, who is still the youngest self-made billionaire, has purchased a massive estate in one of the best areas of LA, Holmby Hills.
Billed as a “resort compound,” listed at originally $55 million, the selling price at $36.5 million is pocket change to the makeup mogul, reported by Mirror.
Sitting on 0.83 acres, the single-story mansion features seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, an outdoor projection screen, home theatre, bars, game rooms, a gym, and a championship-level sports court with pickleball/basketball. The estate even includes two guest apartments and a 20 car garage.
According to TMZ, the seller has a connection to Jenner. He also sold her land in the Palm Springs area, where she’s building a home.
Holmby Hills is a unique location for the Calabasas native. Can it be assumed that Jenner is attempting to move her 2-year-old daughter, Stormi, away from the “city?”
It is unclear whether or not Kylie will be welcoming her on-again-off-again boyfriend, Travis Scott, the father of Stormi, into the new home. But according to sources close to the duo, “they are very happy.”
