Kylie Jenner is setting the record straight about the cosmetic procedures she has had done to her face.
For years, there has been speculation regarding the beauty mogul and her enhancements. Her lips, in particular, have been a point of conversation for years after going from flat to plump while she was still a teenager. The Kylie Cosmetics founder even made a lucrative career off of her envied pout with the creation of her famed Lip Kits. However, many have speculated that her entire face is surgically altered, and during a recent chat with Homme Girls, Jenner said that’s just not the case.
“I think a big misconception about me is that I’ve had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn’t!” the 25-year-old clarified. Jenner went on to explain that she was always confident in her looks growing up, despite wanting fuller lips.
“Yeah, I love full lips and wanted full lips, but growing up, I was always the most confident person in the room. I was the girl performing for everyone. I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I don’t regret it. But I always thought I was cute,” she said.
Even with so much talk surrounding her mouth over the years, Jenner says she has no regrets about her fillers. This revelation is a long time coming. She has previously been reluctant to speak about her injections. However, during an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2015, she confessed to having temporary lip fillers. Just 17 at the time, Jenner was subjected to intense criticism online. Her mother, Kris Jenner, was also scrutinized for allowing her daughter to undergo the cosmetic procedure at such a young age.
In terms of other alleged facial surgeries, the mother of two attributed her flawless face to “good hair and makeup.”
