Kylie Jenner Says She Invented The Wig Trend

Move over Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj, Kylie Jenner tells Marie Claire that she started the wig trend. 

Kylie has rocked a couple of colorful do’s but did she really start  trend? The 18 year old reality star certainly thinks so. “I started wigs, and now everyone is wearing wigs,” she tells Marie Claire. “Kim [Kardashian] just used my wig guy last night…I just do whatever I want to do, and people will follow.” 

Kylie Jenner started a lot of things but I don’t know if I can credit her with the trend of wearing wigs. Women have been wearing wigs since the dawn of time. Our favorite rappers, singers, entertainers were wearing wigs long before Kylie said her first words. Even her “wig guy” has been doing wigs for everyone in the entertainment industry.

Maybe she meant that she was the first to wear wigs in her family. Gotta love the youth. Next thing she’s gonna say she invented lips, too.
