Remember when Kanye West went on a rant and said that Puma could never come between his family? Well apparently, they can.
Last week Kanye West fired off several tweets aimed at the brand. According to Kanye, Puma reached out to Kylie Jenner to facilitate a million dollar deal and Kanye shut it down. In fact, Kanye said that he would return Puma’s “measly” million dollars and said that rest assured, Kylie would always be Team Yeezy.
According to Nice Kicks, Kylie’s Puma partnership is happening, whether brother-in-law approves or not. Kylie’s deal won’t be like Rihanna, who signed on with Puma in 2014 as a global ambassador, exclusively wearing Fenty x Puma. Kylie is more of a brand advocate. Meaning, she’ll support Puma products and campaigns through her various outlets, including social media. According to Nice Kicks, everything is a go, the contracts are signed and Kylie’s Puma photoshoot has already taken place.
I wonder what Kanye will have to say about this.
