Lady Gaga’s Dog Walker Feels ‘Abandoned And Unsupported,’ Sets Up GoFundMe

Lady Gaga’s former dog walker Ryan Fischer says he feels “abandoned and unsupported” after asking for money through a GoFundMe. Fischer said that he is now working on his mental and emotional health since being shot while walking the singer’s dogs.

Fischer was shot and robbed back in February while walking Lady Gaga’s three French bulldogs. Two of the singer’s pups — Gustav and Koji — were taken during the robbery. The “Paparazzi” singer offered up half a million dollars for the return of the dogs.

The dogs were returned, and now the pop star is facing backlash as her former dog walker admits he has been living off of “donations from generous loved ones.” Now, Fischer has set up a GoFundMe seeking $40,000 in donations. The online fundraiser has raised more than $25,000 to date.

Fischer said in the description that the money would be used for a van to travel across the country seeking out communities that support the healing process. “For me, this includes retreat centers, trauma programs, queer healers, creatives, and spiritual leaders,” Fischer wrote. In addition to helping Fischer through the healing process, the money will go toward a van and travel expenses. 

But the singer’s fans believe that if she has the $500,000 to offer a reward to get the dogs back, she should offer to help Fischer. 

One Twitter user called Lady Gaga “weird” for not helping.

Another pointed out that she’s a “megamillionaire” and asked if she should compensate him.
