Kobe Bryant brought out a lot of fans on Wednesday night, as he suited up for the very last time. One of those fans is former teammate and BFF, Lamar Odom, who we haven’t seen much of since nearly losing him to an overdose.
On Tuesday, Lamar Odom flew in his teenage kids, Lamar Jr. and Destiny so that they could watch Mamba drop 60 at the Staples Center on Wednesday. This was made possible by Kobe himself, who gave Lamar a free ticket and threw in a couple extra for the kids. This wouldn’t be the first time since Lamar’s near overdose that he’s seen the kids, however. Reportedly they’ve been working on their relationship for some time now. The first photo we saw of Lamar since the incident was courtesy of Lamar Jr.
Kanye West was also in attendance, sitting right next to Lamar. Visibly missing was Lamar’s wife, Khloe Kardashian, who is speculated to be interested in divorce again.
A reader asked Khloe why she was not at Lamar’s side on Wednesday night, to which the KUWTK star replied, “I thought him and his kids should enjoy that time together.”
