On the second anniversary of Kobe and Gigi Bryant’s passing, Lamar Odom received a diamond chain and pendant paying tribute to the two.
TMZ Sports reports that Odom’s manager, Tonita B., gifted him with the piece. The generous gift was to celebrate Odom’s partnership with Savvy Talen Management Group.
It depicts the legend kissing the top of his daughter’s head while sitting courtside at a Lakers game. It is based on a real-life picture of two from 2019. The outlet learned the chain is made of 25 carats worth of diamonds and is estimated to be worth around $17k. It was designed by Scoobie Da Jeweler.
The back of the piece is inscribed with a quote from Mamba, which reads, “Rest at the end, not in the middle.”
Odom posted his new bling on Instagram, thanking his management and revealing that the gift left him in tears.
“To understand that Kobe meant the world to me and have this made as a constant reminder for me to keep going has me at [a] loss for words,” he captioned the post.
