Lance Stephenson is taking his talents out of Indiana and boarding the fastest thing smoking to Charlotte on a 3-year $27million contract. The Pacers made Stephenson a five-year, $44 million contract offer earlier this month that the NBA star felt undervalued him. The Hornets deal was signed Wednesday morning after Hornets owner Michael Jordan, GM Rich Cho, Hornets head coach Steve Clifford and associate head coach Patrick Ewing met with Stephenson and his reps Tuesday night in Vegas.
Lance confirmed the deal last night during the 2014 ESPY Awards.Â
