Last Kings Landlord Seeks $186k From Tyga

Tyga recently paid off one landlord, but he owes ANOTHER one and they want their money too.

Back in March, F&S Investment Properties, the company that owns the space Tyga used for his Egypt Last Kings Clothing store, took Tyga to court. According to F&S , not only did Tyga allegedly abandon the property in June 2015, F&S says that he left it completely trashed and still owed 5 months rent.  Damages include doors that had been painted black with Egyptian patterns, ceiling tiles that were painted over,  ink stains around 5,000 feet of concrete flooring and ink poured down the drain and into the public sewer. The damages came out to around $75,000, including environmental fines for pouring the ink down the drain.

Tyga said that he ditched the place because the building wasn’t up to code. However according to TMZ, the judge ruled in the landlord’s favor and now he owes them $186,275.89. If Tyga doesn’t pay, he could face the same fate as he did with his previous landlord — they could take it BACK to court and grill him over his finances.

A trip to Rack City could solve all of this.
