Rapper Latto is not here for the current trend of concert attendees throwing objects onto the stage.
During her July 9th Rolling Loud Germany performance, the Atlanta rapper addressed a fan directly who tossed an object at her. The item landed on the stage, immediately catching Latto’s eye as she performed her hit single, “Put It On Da Floor.” Without missing a step in her one, two step, Latto issued a stern warning to the unidentified person.
“Want your a** beat? Throw it again. Throw it again. I’ma beat your a**,” she rapped along to her beat before proceeding to rap the correct lyrics.

Latto hasn’t paid the incident much attention since leaving Germany. Instead, she is now enjoying some much-needed rest and relaxation on vacation, as documented on her Instagram. Unfortunately, her fellow entertainers are being plagued with the same disrespectful tactics in a dangerous trend that is leaving artists physically hurt. Harry Styles was recently hit in the face by an object while taking the stage in Vienna. Earlier this month, Bebe Rexha was forced to get stitches after a man lunged a phone at her during her NYC concert, striking her in the face and leaving her bloody. He has since been charged with assault. During his Detroit tour stop, Drake was bombarded with bras and even a shoe as he tried to get a handle on the flying garments to no avail.
There seems to be an influx of ticket holders who attend live performances for the sole purpose of throwing items at musicians. Usually, the purpose of this rude act varies. Some toss cell phones in hopes of getting a customized photo, others throw food to signify a bad concert, and then there are those who simply want clout.
No matter the reasoning, it would be wise to refrain from such behavior at a Latto show unless you’re interested in a classic A-Town Stomp across the face.
