Amid the harsh criticisms about the Big Baller Brand’s “F” rating from the original BBB, LaVar Ball remains unbothered.
Since the launch of the Big Baller Brand Company, Ball was faced with doubters and naysayers, who thought he’d fail without the help of major companies and corporations. However, after receiving widespread support from the biggest ballers in the sports world, Ball’s business was booming.
Despite the pushback over the price of his eldest son’s signature shoe, Ball sold several pairs for pre-order. Several months later, the shoes were finally set out to customers but not without conflict. According to reports, the Better Business Bureau received a slew of harsh criticism, including 32 formal complaints and 44 negative reviews, about Ball’s business, which prompted the bureau to deliver an “F” rating to the Big Baller, himself. But, it appears Ball couldn’t care less. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“Better Business Bureau is as outdated as the Yellow Pages,” Ball told ESPN. “Who cares about them? Tell them that Yelp! has replaced the Better Business Bureau. We honestly thought the Better Business Bureau was out of business. The new BBB stands for the Big Baller Brand.”

However, there seems to be a real issue with the Big Baller Brand’s efficiency and customer service. In one complaint that has since gone viral, the customer complains about the delays and refunds.

“This company does not offer refunds,” the customer said. “I purchased 2 items and was told there would be a 1-2 week delay. I have been waiting 6 weeks now, and when I asked why it was taking so long, I was called a ‘small baller’. At this point, I believe they have decided to steal my money.”
