This past weekend, LeBron James was in the house for son Bronny’s basketball showcase, in which he had to quickly jump to his son’s defense after a commentator had some snark things to say about the teen.
A video that surfaced on Youtube shows Lebron addressing the commentator who allegedly said that Bronny was only on the foul line because he was playing in a gym with his dad’s name on it, alluding that Bronny was getting favorable treatment from the game’s officials.
In the video shown, you see Lebron approach the commentator and exchange a few words before he has escorted away.
Many supported LeBron and said that though it is an announcer’s job to give commentary, there was no need for him to bring up his name during his son’s basketball game.
