Lebron James is continuing to make big moves off the court.
King James is producing a new docuseries through his media brand Uninterrupted called “40 Days” that will chronicle the 40 days leading up to a major boxing match.
The series will launch on DAZN, a new streaming service, which promises to become the new exclusive way to watch major sports events.
The first installment of the show will center around Canelo Alvarez and Daniel Jacobs as they prepare for their May 4th middleweight title fight.
Canelo recently signed a $365 Million contract with DAZN and the streaming service will feature exclusive access to the boxer.
Lebron and his business partner Maverick Carter are the executive producers of the show in association with DAZN and Oscar De La Hoya.
Through a statement given to TMZ, Maverick Carter said, “These documentaries will shine a light on the 3-dimensional aspect of who these athletes are outside of the ring and empower them to tell their own stories as they prepare for some of the biggest moments in their boxing careers.”
The first episode will air on DAZN and Uninterrupted‘ Schandelmayer On April 23rd and then will rebroadcast at later dates on Univision and the NBA Sports Network.
