Earlier this afternoon video surfaced on social media of Lil Baby and James Harden being stopped by police while in Paris for Fashion Week. Multiple reports now claim that Baby was placed into custody on marijuana-related charges.
French media reported that Harden and Baby were among a group that was stopped by police after exiting a vehicle that smelled like marijuana. Police said they found 20 grams of cannabis, which is illegal in France, in the car. The Paris prosecutor’s office confirmed to NBC News that Baby along with one other person was detained for allegedly carrying drugs. James Harden was not arrested and was never taken into custody.

In surfaced bystander footage, Harden can be heard saying he doesn’t understand what’s going on as cops search him. Following being searched, the NBA star was let go. Additional surfaced footage shows Lil Baby sitting in a police van. The story continues to develop.
