Lil Durk’s legal troubles just got worse.
The mother of Saviay’a Robinson, also known as Lil PAB, is suing him for wrongful death, claiming he played a role in her son’s fatal shooting.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Andrea Laquila Robinson filed the suit in a Chicago court earlier this month.
She’s holding Durk, his OTF label, an unnamed business manager, and a management company responsible for her son’s death.
Her attorney released a statement saying, “The premature loss of Mr. Robinson has devastated his family and community. We filed this lawsuit to hold those responsible accountable and to ensure his family receives the support they need during this difficult time.”
This lawsuit adds to Lil Durk’s ongoing legal troubles. In October 2024, he was arrested on federal charges, including conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire, related to the same incident.
Prosecutors claim Lil Durk and five OTF associates planned the attack on Quando Rondo to avenge King Von’s death. The attempted shooting resulted in Lil PAB’s death.
Durk is currently behind bars, and his trial was supposed to start on January 7, but new court documents show it’s been pushed back to October 14.
With both criminal charges and a civil lawsuit on his plate, Durk’s legal fight is far from over.
If found liable, he could face serious financial consequences on top of his potential prison sentence.
