Earlier this month, #LilScrappy and his friend, Ca$ino Roulette, got into a horrific car crash that left them both hospitalized with serious injuries.
The incident occurred the morning after a night at King of Diamonds in Miami. According to TMZ, Scrappy, who cops listed as the driver, fell asleep, drifted off the road and slammed into a utility pole, grille first. The car was totaled and both men were transported to a hospital.
Although Scrappy will not be facing prosecution over the incident, since there was no evidence of drugs or alcohol involved, he will be facing a lawsuit in the incident.
In the wake of the crash, Roulette has lawyered up, and his lawyer tells TMZ that he will be pursuing legal action to get compensation for his “life-altering injuries and significant wage loss.”

“This is MY reality,” Roulette wrote on Instagram underneath surveillance footage of the crash. “Imagine waking up in the ICU hours later after 2 major surgeries, 4 cracked ribs, lung contusions with liver and kidney damage not to mention excruciating pain in your neck, back & abdomen and YOU was just a passenger in the car with YOUR seat belt on #igottheworst #lifelongdamages”

As a result, Roulette is looking to sue to for his medical bills, plus damages.
