Lil Uzi Vert has reportedly removed the $24 million diamond implanted in his forehead a few short months after he unveiled the new jewelry.
According to NME, the bizarre accessory caused quite a stir after the rapper unveiled the pink diamond in February. At the time, Uzi said the rock was “10 almost 11 carats” and admitted it was the most expensive purchase he has ever made.
Uzi Vert also explained that he chose to showcase the diamond by implanting it on his forehead because he couldn’t trust himself not to lose it.
He later admitted that the forehead piercing did cause him to bleed often, and he would be removing it sooner or later.
Over the weekend, Uzi was spotted in an Instagram video with his girlfriend JT and without his signature diamond.
