Lil Wayne Cuts Off Birdman Mid-Speech During Hot Boys Reunion Show: “Alright, Let’s Go” [Video]

The Hot Boys took over the stage in Florida this weekend, though some people believe Lil Wayne may have shaded Birdman during the show.

While the Cash Money founder was in the middle of giving a speech during the Tampa performance, Wayne abruptly cut him off, stating, “Alright, let’s go, let’s go, let’s go,” before “Project Chick” began playing in the background.

While it could be a stretch, a little shade from Weezy wouldn’t be entirely surprising. Last year, during the failed Hot Boys Reunion in New Orleans, Wayne refused to perform with the group after Birdman allegedly prohibited Turk from joining them on stage. In response, Wayne revamped the reunion, seemingly without Birdman’s help, and later made up for it at his Lil Weeziana Fest in November 2024, where all four original Hot Boys reunited. From that point, Wayne announced that the Hot Boys would be going on a mini tour, which is set to conclude this month.
