Lira Galore claims Pierre “Pee” Thomas is trying to hide how much he really makes in their child support case.
Quality Control CEO Thomas and social media model Galore have been battling it out in court over paternity and child support for months now. The latest fight in their case came Tuesday when newly filed documents from the model alleged Thomas was refusing to turn over all of his financial information. Bossip reports that the only thing Thomas wants to disclose is his tax returns, adding that he also took issue with what he called “suspect” expenses Galore claimed for their child.
However, according to Galore, Thomas was instructed to turn over his bank statements, tax returns, his business credit card statements, among other items. Galore went on to question how Thomas allegedly gloats about his large purchases on Instagram yet claims to have no personal expenses. She said he buys the artists on his label $150,000 cars, buys expansive homes and buys cars for the “cooperating” mothers of his children. Court documents obtained by Bossip state Thomas “can spare no expense for himself for anything and for anyone else, but when it comes time for (him) to support the parties’ minor child, he wants to withhold the documents to substantiate the opulence that he displays freely on Instagram.”
Galore added that she believes it’s evident that he likes “fringe benefits” from his businesses, and for that reason, she wants the money that was spent on the alleged purchases to be included in the case. The court documents state that she believes Thomas planned all along to keep her in the dark about his real salary in order to avoid paying child support. Galore said that her daughter, Khaleesi, should be given the style of living as Thomas’ other children.
The legal battle between Thomas and Galore started in 2019 when Thomas sued Galore for custody of Khaleesi. Galore ended up retaliating with a countersuit, claiming that Thomas threatened her several times while she was pregnant and showered her with forgive-me gifts. Recently, Thomas accused Galore of using drugs during her pregnancy and claimed she was working with a pimp to conspire against him. The case is ongoing, and both parties are awaiting a judge to decide if Thomas has to provide additional financial information.
