Music producer London On Da Track is suing another one of his children’s’ mothers.
London has been dishing out lawsuits to his alleged children’s’ mothers back-to-back-to-back these past few weeks, two of which are attempts to establish custody and child support. The latest suit London filed was against a woman named Eboni Powers, which states that London believes Powers’ 18-month-old daughter is his. However, he is requesting a DNA test, explaining that he has financially supported the toddler and cared for her for some time.
Bossip reports that London stated that he is now more “financially and physically” able to raise a child and is asking that he receive primary custody of the child and that she live with him full-time. In addition, London says he wants to be the only person to make executive decisions regarding the child’s healthcare and education. He also wants Powers to pay him child support while the child is in his care.
London is currently battling with three of his children’s mothers: #DayiraJones, #EricaVorters, and now Powers. Powers and London have been instructed by a judge to handle their matters through mediation before this upcoming summer. Jones filed a lawsuit against London, claiming the producer abandoned her and their son, who was born in 2019. According to Bossip, Jones wants an upward deviation from state child support guidelines because of London’s high income. The Atlanta native has yet to respond to the suit.
The second mother of child is Vorters, who he is suing over custody of his son. London has requested Vorters undergo a psych evaluation after he claimed she behaved erratically; he states that he Is better equipped to raise the boy. However, Voters clapped back with a countersuit saying London threatened to stop caring for their son’s medical needs if she did not leave the child with his mother, who lives in Indiana. Vorters says she has gone to a therapist over the stress of dealing with London’s lawsuit.
